This corner cabinet is in fabulous condition throughout, and probably never moved from its original location when the house and contents of the Dawes Estate on Wedgemere Rd. in Winchester were auctioned off recently. This came from an old family, that of William Dawes, who, on the eve of the Revolution, rode from Boston to Lexington to warn John Hancock & Samuel Adams that invading British troops put them in danger of arrest…
