These were originally piano stools, which make for wonderful footstools and/or occasional seating. We have reupholstered the seats with horsehair and a fine yellow damask.
Both stools are labeled (see label) by maker, as follows: The X Piano Taboret L. Postawka & Co. State Street, Cabridgeport, MA
They are in superb condition.
