A Small Federal Gilt Mirror, c.1810

Private Collection

This mirror is a gem in untouched condition. The mirror is original, the reverse painting, and backboards. Of course, the gilt is first. It is rare to find mirrors in this condition, especially with the coveted reverse painting. It is a true survivor.
