A Pair of Gilt Stenciled Rosewood Lyre Card Tables, New York, c. 1815, School of Charles Honore Lannuier
Pairs of high style New York classical card tables are extremely rare. This pair was conserved by Robert Mussey and Associates, and is the best of its kind. See his conservation report here. The metal mounts between the swan heads are original, as are the casters stenciling, etc.
