A Bird’s Eye/Tiger Maple One Drawer Stand, probably New England. c.1820

The top is solid one piece tiger maple with fine figure,and the legs are tiger striped as well.  The drawerfront is bird’s eye maple.

This stand has beautifully turned legs with a nicely turned urn resting on ball feet.  There are no repairs or alterations. We have french polished and waxed this piece, which has a good patina with warm amber tones.
