This lowboy has magnificent form, with its shaped skirt and highly figured solid burl mahogany drawers with well-sprung legs ended in “stocking feet”, and is one of the best of its type. It has an old replaced top composed of a walnut that goes nicely with the piece. It is priced many times lower than one with its original top would be and only the expert will know, if he closely examines the underside of the top.
