This is a very precious historic worktable in extremely fine condition. Note the original brass plaque, etc. It is extremely charming, with every detail finely executed. The bird’s eye maple veneers are accented by contrasting woods and the delicacy of all finished items is extraordinary, also note the delicate slide out on the left side. Note all sides, including top are finished. This is the best of the best among lyre worktables patterned along the great Philadelphia examples in our collection.
