A Maple Queen Anne Wing Chair, Boston, c.1750

This is a fine Queen Anne wing chair in superb condition throughout. A related chair is illustrated as a "best" example in Sack's latest Good, Better, Best. This chair is early, as it's of relatively small compact scale. We have left the back open, showing the purity of this piece with its high arched back as shown in the Sack example, it is of a somewhat less encountered form, and we believe earlier.
