Scroll down for 4 more photos

This is a good-sized mirror with a strong presentation. The mahogany is of the best quality with strong ribbon grain. The carving is also very deeply carved and all of wood that has been gilted (no plaster). It is a superb example and produced in the latter part of the 19th century. Note the fine carving along the sides of the mirror and the large sized-dramatic cartouche above.

Height: 52 in. Width: 26 1/2 in.
