This is a beautifully crafted side table put together by a gifted cabinetmaker. He started with a wonderful set of 18th century period legs of perfect form. These were matched up with some highly figured tiger maple wood, and a lovely small table was crafted with a desirable full drawer. From what we can see, this was done 20 - 40 years ago. Note the top, which is all of the solid, is also of tiger maple and is embellished with notched corners, which were typically done during this period.
