This charming small scale sideboard, while not period, is constructed in a benchmade manner, i.e. the drawers are dovetailed, etc. The form follows very closely the original prototype and the veneers are magnificent as is the top. In the Hepplewhite tradition, the legs are inlaid with Bellflowers as is the skirt. The Brass gallery is an especially nice touch, as this is very rarely seen.
