This is an exuberant benchmade centennial lowboy with double fans and supported on shapely cabriole feet terminating in claw and balls. It is composed of all solid mahogany with some pine secondaries in exactly the manner that originals were made. In its own right, this is an antique and is reflective of the resurgence of Colonial furniture that occurred at the time of this country's Centennial. It is particularly low for a lowboy, as the standard lowboy/dressing table is 30 inches in height.
