Sheraton Mahogany Sideboard with Reeded Legs, American, c.1820

This sideboard is of grand scale and composed of highly figured, yet mellow aged mahogany. The midsection has a recessed drawer, which gives a lightness to the sideboard. The sides are developed with full drawers, one of which is sectioned off with its original wine bottle compartments.
