This is a good sized piece with its original patina.   The eagle is very well sculpted, and the hanging scale is complete and finely done.  We imagine this piece displayed by a law office or collector of folk art, etc.  It is rare and wonderful.   It retains its original wall bracket.   No repairs or alterations.
