A Regency Rosewood and Brass Inlay Sofa Table, England, c.1810

This sofa table is fabricated of beautiful Rosewood which has aged to a mellow patina over the years (see detail of top). The Brass inlay is all original and fully used both on the small leaves and top, as well as the apron, one side of which has a drawer. The table rests on a central column of rosewood, all of which is supported by a tight ringed plinth and four saber legs with their original magnificent casters.

This table is in fine condition with no major repairs or restoration.
